Barrier Islands Free Medical Clinic will host their 3rd Annual James M. Hayes MD ‘Clays for Care’ Sporting Clays Tournament on Tuesday, October 25th at the Kiawah Island Sporting Club.
Barrier Islands Free Medical Clinic is a free clinic located on Johns Island, SC. We treat adults who live or work across the Barrier Islands or serve the hospitality industry of downtown Charleston who do not have health insurance. Our volunteer physicians treat patients with diabetes, hypertension, coronary disease, depression, and more – at no cost, thanks to the support our our community. Our ‘Clays for Care’ Tournament will help to provide the clinic with thousands more free patient visits for low income, uninsured community members across the Lowcountry, and in tribute to our long time volunteer physician and former BIFMC Board Chair, Dr. James Hayes.
We invite interested players or area businesses to support Barrier Islands Free Clinic provide free, comprehensive health care to uninsured adults across the Barrier Islands through participation in the 2022 Sporting Clays Tournament. Join us for a day of challenging and competitive stations, including a silent auction and awards reception to follow.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
8:30 AM – Morning Registration Begins *(afternoon shoot registration begins at 11:30 am)
9:30 AM – Morning Shoot (AM Shotgun Start)
11:30 AM – Afternoon registration / Flurry Shoot for top 5 shooters from various classes
12:00 PM Morning Prize Awards / Lunch / Silent Auction
1:30 PM – Afternoon Shoot (PM Shotgun Start)
3:00 PM – Flurry Shoot for combined top 5 shooters from various classes
4:00 PM – Afternoon Prize Awards Reception

PRESENTING ($10,000)
Company logo will be listed as the Presenting Sponsor in the event brochure, program, and banner. You will have signage at a station and a squad of 4 shooters in the tournament with cart.
PLATINUM ($5000)
Company logo will be listed as a sponsor in brochures, event materials, banner and signage. You will also have signage at a station and one squad of 4 shooters in the tournament with cart.
GOLD ($4,000)
Your name will be listed as a sponsor in event materials, banner and signage and 2 shooters. You will also be recognized as a station sponsor.
CORPORATE ($3,000)
Your name will be listed as a sponsor in event materials, banner and signage, including 2 shooters.
SIDE GAME ($1,500)
Sponsor of one of the Flurry Shoots for the top five shooters from various classes, and your name will be displayed as a sponsor at that function. You will receive recognition in the event program.
STATION ($1,000)
Your name will be listed in the event program and also on a shooting station sign at the event.
